It’s a smart, branded concierge that's winning awards and Enterprise clients are clamoring for. With Nia’s new "Concierge Creator" you'll be able to build and deploy one yourself in minutes, with no coding experience. Guests get a delightful, personalized experience and instant answers. You get fewer questions and more insights into what people need and how they feel. All in realtime. (note: analytics disabled for alpha)
Creating a concierge for your event is easy!
STEP ONE: Answer the questions below. (< 10 minutes)
STEP TWO: Receive your personalized Concierge via email
STEP THREE: Normally you’d connect your Concierge to your event via website or app embedding, QR codes on-site or whatever other creative ideas you have - but since this is an alpha version, you won’t actually be able to deploy it. Instead, we invite you to role-play as an attendee to your event and experience a basic feature set of the services it can provide.
STEP FOUR: Please us feedback! This is an early test for functionality. To let us know what you think, just talk to your Alpha Concierge and tell them what you like or don’t like about it - or really anything you’d like to share. The concierge will let us know.
